WW1 Era Patriotic Frame w/ 1923 Photo

Weighs Approx: 5.2 oz. Measures Approx: 5 3/4” x 7 3/4” . In the shape of an oval. Metal stand in the back assists in standing straight. Material ?, looks and feels as if a hard plastic, possibly shellacked celluloid? on the front, and tin on the back, made to look as if it were wood. Marked on back, “ May 1923, dad’s army picture” & “Fort Monroe, VA.”

Another wicked cool & mega-awesome addition to anyone’s militaria or photo collection! The design and motifs are akin to any other WW1 era decor that would be found upon like items of the day.
