In working condition, note: to advance vision, just turn knob between lenses, but please note that the eyepiece part is a bit wobbly when it is advancing outward, as well as when you dial it back in, etc…comes with strap. Strap is marked with the initials, : R.J.M.” Smaller eye lenses are marked , “ Lepine Paris” . Also note, there is a dent in the front left lens.
