Measures approx: 2” in diameter, and about ¼ “ thick. Labeled, “D.R.G.M. N0. 116769, this is the German equivalent to our patent resistration office etc…it stands for: Deutsches Reichs-Gebrauchmuster, and this particular number system was in service from approx. 1891 - just past WW2-ish. I tried getting a date for this item, but so far, i’ve failed to do so. Advertisement on the back for : Thomas F. Lynn’s in Easthampton, MA., for his wine, cigar, liquor store. Hand-held dexterity game, where you need to successfully place all of the tiny white balls in to the woman’s mouth.
